Iraqi journal of Bioscience and Biomedical is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal (since 2024) issued by the College of Biotechnology / Al-Nahrain University. It publishes scientific research in the following fields:

  • Biochemistry
  • Molecular biology
  • Biomedical Science
  • Plant biotechnology
  • Environmental biotechnology
  • Pharmaceutical Biotechnology
  • Agricultural biotechnology

    The Journal can also issue a special issue to avoid delay or to publish a special topic for the conference.

Objectives and scope

The journal publishes academic and applied research that addresses modern scientific topics and concepts. Research papers for publication in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, Plant biotechnology, Environmental biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Agricultural biotechnology. Accepted papers will be downloaded free of charge by interested professors, researchers, teachers, students and workers. (Open Access) Published papers are registered and indexed in global libraries.

Iraqi journal of Bioscience and Biomedical is an open source journal, hence no fees are required to download any publication from the journal website by authors, readers and institutions.
